Haven Is Featured in Alive Magazine!

Writer, mother, and school teacher Tracy Peternell shares her experience in our 5-day Come Alive program in their latest print and digital publication:

“If you’re searching to rediscover yourself, to feel more alive, or to find deeper meaning, I urge you to embrace the unknown, to explore, as I did. Whatever you’re struggling with, or searching for, the tools learned during your experiences and exploration will permeate all areas of your life, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and others like never before.”

Thank you to all who support transformation with the Haven: Susan Clarke and Carole Ames and their team of assistants and interns for this session, Elfi Dillon Shaw and her movement offerings, the Coast Salish lands and waters that hold us, Gulf Island Seaplanes and BC Ferries who bring participants to Gabriola Island, our staff and registration team, and others.

We hope Tracy’s experience helps you imagine what Come Alive could mean for you! Register now for your Haven wellness retreat with opportunities each month from March to August: https://haven.ca/in-person-programs/
